Re: Area Finances
You may be aware that we were unable to present a set of audited accounts to the Northern Home Counties Annual General Meeting which was held on 19th July. At that time, we had
hoped that we would be able to schedule an Extraordinary General Meeting, but we now know that there will be some delay, before this meeting can take place.
In consultation with Andrew Scoular the Chief Executive Officer of the British Judo Association (BJA) we are undertaking an in-depth review into the NHC’s Area finances which includes material that goes back many years.
The NHC Area Committee is working with the BJA and external organisations to try and provide clarity. It is not possible to estimate how long the review process will take and as soon as information is available it will be shared with NHC clubs as appropriate.
Following the AGM, I am providing below a list of the newly formed NHC Committee:
