In accordance with the NHC Constitution, 21 days’ notice is hereby given that an ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) will be held on Sunday 18th July 2021 via the video conferencing system Zoom commencing 10am.

The Agenda together with supporting papers will be circulated on Sunday 10^th July 2021.

Please notify Dave Edmonds by email on David@edmonds-accountancy.co.uk no later than 23:59 hours Friday 16^th July if you intend to join the AGM. An email containing log on information will be circulated by Dave on Saturday 17^th July.

There are three NHC Committee vacancies arising in 2021. The role descriptions are below:

• Secretary – Vacant
• Competitions – Currently Sally Hemming who is seeking re-election.
• Technical & Coaching – Currently Mike Callan who is seeking re-election.

The agenda for the 2021 NHC AGM is below:

Could volunteers who are interested in becoming a member of the Committee regarding either role please submit their application letter to the NHC Chair by email to nhcchair20@gmail.com and copy to Dave Edmonds (Vice Chair) at David@edmonds-accountancy.co.uk. The application must be supported by a proposer and seconder who is Chair or Secretary of a current affiliated NHC club. Any serving or incoming member of the NHC Committee must be a BJA Licence holder with an NHC affiliated club.

Applications must be received by no later than 14 days before the AGM. For the avoidance of doubt applications are required to be received by 10:00 on Sunday 4th July 2021.

The AGM will transact such other business received in writing by the NHC Chair from Member Clubs seven (14) days prior to the meeting.

Applicant statements will be circulated by the NHC to all NHC member clubs on the 8^th July, ten days prior to the AGM. For fairness the statement will be restricted to one document of no more than two sides of A4 with no more than one photograph included. Applicant statements including nominations/applications must be submitted in PDF format. The NHC Committee looks forward to welcoming you to the meeting.
